About neolife

The fulfillment rail telehealth deserves.

Clinics send compounded-Rx orders to their pharmacy by chat, upload, or connected data. A licensed provider approves every order in one tap. The pharmacy fills it. Tracking flows back. That is the whole job, and most clinics are still doing it through a portal they dread.

The thesis

Ordering is a rail, not a portal.

Payments became infrastructure the moment a merchant stopped logging into a bank to move money. Sending a prescription to a pharmacy should work the same way. It does not. The software most clinics are stuck with treats every order as a form to fill out by hand, in a tab nobody wanted open.

And a rail is not a marketplace. A rail moves your order for a flat, published fee. A marketplace stands between you and the price — and makes its money in the gap. We built the rail.

Speed

Minutes, not the afternoon.

An order should leave the clinic the moment a provider says yes. No re-keying, no copy-paste between systems, no waiting on a portal to load.

Escape

Off the screen you dread.

We sit on top of the pharmacy you already use. Your team works where they already work. The portal becomes plumbing you never have to look at again.

Ownership

You own your data.

Orders, patients, tracking, history. It is yours, exportable, and never held hostage. A rail that locks you in is not a rail. It is a trap.

A note from the founder

I started neolife after watching good clinics lose hours every week to software that was never built for them. The order goes in by hand. Someone double-checks the dose by reading it off one screen and typing it into another. A patient calls asking where their package is, and the answer lives in a tab three clicks deep. None of that is care. It is friction the clinic absorbs so the incumbent does not have to fix it.

So we are building the opposite. Send an order the way you would send a message. Let the draft assemble itself from what you already wrote. Read it, approve it, done. We are doing this with real clinics filling real orders, not in a slide deck. They tell us when we are wrong, and we change it the same week.

We are not interested in replacing the pharmacy or the providers who do the actual work. We are interested in the wire between them, the part everyone hates and nobody owns. Get that right and the clinic gets its afternoon back.

What we hold to

Three principles we will not trade away.

01

A licensed provider approves every order. Always.

The software drafts. The human decides. Nothing reaches the pharmacy until a licensed provider has read it and tapped approve. There is no automatic mode, no exception, no quiet workaround. The approval is the product.

02

No lock-in.

Your data exports on day one and every day after. You keep your pharmacy relationship and your patients. If neolife ever stops earning its place, leaving should be easy. A rail you cannot step off is not infrastructure.

03

Plain talk on safety.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved drugs. We say that plainly because clinics and patients deserve the truth, not marketing that blurs the line.

We are not in a hurry to be everything. We are in a hurry to be useful, one clinic at a time, and to deserve the trust before we ask for more of it.

Where we are headed

Earn the order. Then earn the next one.

  1. 01
    Land

    One clinic. One order.

Make the first order faster than any portal could ever be, with a licensed provider on the approval. Prove it on real volume, in a real clinic, this week — not in a slide deck.

  2. 02
    Stick

    Become the daily habit.

When every order runs through the rail and tracking flows back on its own, going back to the old screen becomes unthinkable. The portal quietly becomes plumbing no one looks at.

  3. 03
    Expand

    More of the workflow.

Refills, multi-pharmacy routing, and agent access over MCP — so the order can start anywhere your clinic already lives, and still land as one clean, approved instruction.

  4. 04
    Take over

    The default rail.

The way compounded orders move — quietly, everywhere, with a licensed provider on every approval and your data always yours to take. That is the goal we are building toward.

See it work

Watch an order go from chat to approved to shipped.

Fifteen minutes, your own workflow, no portal in sight. We will show you exactly where the provider approves and how tracking comes back.
